Our vouchers must be redeemed via our Reservations Centre by calling +44 (0) 1625 575757 or email [email protected] ONLY. DO NOT TRY TO BOOK ONLINE. When you book your experience or redeem your voucher against a booking, the voucher will be validated and redeemed electronically by the Reservations Team.

Your voucher features a unique voucher code, may only be redeemed once, is non-refundable, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. Your gift voucher must be presented upon arrival. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings necessary. Gift vouchers cannot be booked online. Cancellation of a booking with less than 48 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
